We are unable to accept patients located in Alaska, Alabama, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Vermont at this time. If you are located in one of these states, please do not begin intake - we will not be able to treat you, and we will not take payment.

United States law requires the treating physician to hold an active licence in the state where the patient is physically located at the time of the visit. Our list of states is therefore determined solely by our clinicians' active medical licences.

We confirm your state during intake, before any payment is taken and before any care is provided.

Being temporarily in a state we serve does not by itself establish eligibility. Care is provided based on where you are located at the time of each consultation.

Any prescription is issued only after physician review and only where clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners in accordance with the laws of the patient's state.

Certain medications, including controlled substances, are subject to additional state, pharmacy and federal requirements, and may not be available in every state we serve.
