The information on this site is for general education and does not constitute medical advice. A physician-patient relationship is formed only after you complete a consultation and a physician accepts your care.

Therapies are prescribed only when clinically appropriate for you. We do not provide prescriptions without a consultation and physician review.

This site is not for medical emergencies. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state we serve. Eligibility and state availability are confirmed during the consult.

The consultation is a paid first step. It carries no obligation to proceed. If a therapy is not right for you, we will not recommend it.

Any approved prescription is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner and adjusted under physician guidance.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not verify compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed.

Prescription access is never guaranteed. Certain medications, including controlled substances, may be subject to additional legal, clinical, state, and pharmacy requirements.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Individual responses to care vary.

Consult and lab pricing are confirmed before payment. Refund and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, Life Lab MD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
